Cause Light and Darkness are opposites - What are you thinking about a particulary Light Counter again Darkness?
I thought, that Darkness creatures are not able to attack and all other creatures have less attack as long as this permanent is in play, cause they are blinded.
Maybe u have to pay every turn  :light or distroy it? So the opponent can steal it and without Quanta it will be distroyed.

Color Hate is a term from Magic the Gathering for effects that punish players for choosing a color. This has had a net negative effect on that game. Elemental Hate (ex. Holy Light) would have a similar effect on this game.

Yes, yesterday i thought about it once again and it was not a balanced idea from me. And again yes, that idea comes from MAGIC - i collected that cards many years ago. I read now again some of that cards to see what is possible for elements. Of cause, i slighty changed some effects, to adapt it for ETG, and i don´t want to use that pictures here. I hope that is allowed. Tell me, if i better end that. Around 5 ideas i postet half day before yet, that are better and smarter i think.

Good ideas from Magic are not looked down upon except if it is seen as copying Magic. Bad ideas from Magic (Color Hate) are discouraged. I think you should not use your time to develop Elemental Hate cards. I believe you have better ideas than that.

Sure, i don´t go for hate cards anymore  ;) I found some interesting cards and be on the way to adapt it to ETG. So this thread can be finished, cause it was only my first idea trial - and unfortunately not really near to a useful new card.

But i am wondering, that only 16 guys looked my "short idea collection" and not a single post. And i think there are more intersting ideas...
Should i prefer a thread for every single card?

Simple answer: Yes
More detailed answer: Yes and No. 1 thread per idea. When an idea is a mechanic based series it usually starts as a single thread in Design Theory (see Eternal Spells thread).

Dude, are you kidding?

In addition to holy light which insta-kills any darkness creature, Light has the sanctuary card which makes devourers obsolete, and cancels stiletto's damage. Also, Crusaders are able to gain the vampire ability by endowing themselves with said vampire stiletto/dagger, putting darkness further into a disadvantage.

Meanwhile, what advantages do dark players have against light? None. They don't get anything.
It's almost as if the game were racist... Whites being priviledged, advantaged, over blacks...
And you're part of said racism, trying to push us dark players further down!

EDIT: sorry, I didn't notice that the thread was a few weeks old, I've opened a few tabs and read through them...
it's been a while since I last participated in a forum, seems like I have to condition myself again into good habits
