Well with the eternity you shouldn't be decking out much at all.
Pup's deck is based around gaining control of the board first and doing damage second. I'd argue your variant has too much damage. You really shouldn't need more than one FFQ, one graveyard, and one druid if you have control of the board.
My suggestion would be to try the original and tweak if you see an opportunity for improvement. GL!
