I Built this deck and it does perfect since i built it and has yet to lose in a level one match.  However vs lv 2 and 3 that i have tried and its shoddy at best.  Draws are inconsistent and when i do get the towers i need but more often then not i get starved at the beginning and cant summon something until turn 3 or 4.  The basis of this deck is to get otyugh out to clear to board while armagio absorbs atks and graboid evolves to just atk.  I added time in to ensure i would have enough to make him evolve and since i wanted the ability to get consistant time and not rely completely on the quantum pillar i added the time pendelums.  since i added them i also added some fate eggs and also some deja vus.  the deja vus mostly become fodder for the otyugh to beef him up if something large comes into play or if not needed i just momentum them and copy for a sure 4 hit per turn.

You have too many cards, no focus and no drawpower.

You should try to find a strategy you like and stick to it. Try to keep your deck size to 30, max 40.

trio's are generally very hard to balance,
and as such I'd try not to make one untill much later.

also, smaller decks are more consistent;
it takes on average less turns to draw what you need.
try to make your deck 30 cards, or at least as close as possible.

first of all, what are quantum pillars and nova doing in there?

Your deck seems to lack focus...
I'd personally look for another source of damage than graboids;
if you do, you can just remove all of the :time-cards.

After that, try to focus your deck more: what strategy do you want?
You said you want to make a solid defense with armagio+otyugh...
now go over each card; does it add to the deck?

do you need momentum?
You have no other way of dealing with shields, so it may be a good option.
plus it can add to oty's HP; I'd keep it.

do you need enchant artifact?
a big part of the defense comes from armagio's;
there are no permanents that really need protection.
So I'd remove it.

Once your deck is smaller, you should add more copies from the core cards;
making a reliable strategy with very few copies is quite hard.
In this case, you'd probably add a few armagio's and one or two otyugh's.

Also keep an eye out for the quanta balancing;
both a low amount and a high amount of quanta will leave a non-optimal deck.

Also, note that modifying this deck can go a lot of directions,
depending on where you put the focus.
be quick- time is quanta.

An important thing to know is that Level 1 is designed to be fail. Winning versus level 1 will not get you far. You should be aiming to have a deck which beats level 3 at the very least.

First thing you have to do is drop the Quantum Pillars and the nova; they don't do anything for the deck. Second would be to get a bit more focused. Trios (decks using three elements) like this one just don't provide good consistency against the AI (there are exceptions though). You could try the cool combo of Gravity + Earth, which has synergy like Otyugh + Plate Armor + Gravity Shield for defense. Or you could stick to Graboids, which means Earth + Time for synergies like Earthquake + Reverse Time. Also you can use a nova fueled deck based around graboids, and add in useful cards from all elements (This type of deck is called a Grabbow or Graboid Rainbow)

But all this is not your deck. Be creative! Who knows, maybe you'll come up with the next Overpowered combo. Just test and fine-tune your decks like dragtom said above. :D Hope to see you around!
