Hi there!! First of all let me present, I'm sinny, and I started playing this game time ago... but now I love it ^^. I play in Kongregate and my username is Sinny_

I want to upgrade it to get better, if you can, can you say me some cards or anything you see good in my deck to use?

Use the right format.
Dagger is out of place here, same as crawlers, I suggest taking out the dagger, crawlers and 1 freeze for 1 pendulum, 2 toadfishes and 1 fog shield.
First upgrade the 3 crawlers and replace 1 by 1 dragons, then move on pillars, shield, freezes and the last dragon, let toadfish unupped.

Psh, you don't upgrade cards to make your deck better, you upgrade cards to make your upgraded deck.

Note that what I am about to say is just for mono decks(with some exceptions of course) :
Also make a pillar/pendulum split in your deck when you get enough money to protect against decks that use earthquake(destroy up to 3 pillars/pendulums in a target cluster). For example:

The way you have it now you'll have 3 or more pillars in the same spot. This means earthquake makes you lose the full 3 pillars meaning that it was able to do its job very efficiently.

Now if you have half pendulums half pillars in your deck then if you have 1 pillar 2 pendulums(or vice versa) then the opponent can only destroy 2 of your pillars/pendulums. Same goes for 1 pillar one pendulum etc.

With so many freezes in your deck and an air mark, maybe add a shortbow and some shockwaves? Sort of like arctic infection (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=10302.0)

You told him to take out the crawlers in the first sentence, then later tell him to upgrade it later.

This is a mono water deck with a different mark (with an element barely used), so having pendulums is rather difficult, unless it is transformed into a duo deck by adding some air cards (shockwave, for ex.)

Toadfish are better left unupgraded for this sort of deck. It gets the damage going faster than pufferfishes do.
