Here is the Deck I'm currently running.  :aether is my element.

 :air 9 Wind Pillers
 :air 6 Wyrms
 :air 1 Eagles Eye
 :aether 11 Aether Pillers
 :aether 4 Lightenings
 :aether 5 Parallel Universes
 :aether 4 Dimension Shields
 :aether 1 Phase Dragon

My make stratigy is clearly to take advantage of the "dive" feature on the Wyrms in combo with the Parallel Universes, to constantly making stronger Wyrms.


 Any thoughts?

this is the deck, but streamlined


as you can see, there are 6 wind pillars.  The reasoning is that you dont need alot of wind pillars because you will be PUing the Wyrms for damage. 
With the wind mark, there is absolutely NO reason for anymore pillars, you only need to draw one wind pillar and 1 wyrm by the first couple of turns (9-10 cards in, including the opening hand)- when it comes to wind cards, a third of the deck is wind, it just has to be that way in order to balance out the chances of drawing one early, then hopefully NOT drawing anymore for the rest of the game.
An IDEAL scenario would b to draw a wyrm and a wind pillar in your first 7, then drawing no more the rest of the game.
I tried it with 3 wyrms and 5 wind but it was too inconsistent (i was not getting one early)
You want tons of aether pillars, they will help power the PUs which are costly.  The reasoning for 6 PUs is that when you have the quantum, you want a PU in your hand to use immediately.  With the amount of aether quantum, hopefully you will be able to use it.
 
The ratio of cards in your deck was too random and had no specific focus.  When you have unupgraded cards, you must focus on exploiting cards combos.  Build your deck to focus on exploiting a combo ASAP.  That is why there are 30 cards in the deck.

Of course defense is a consideration, but defense from aether sources are expensive, and defense from wind sources are weak.  I opted for lightning because it is cheap and gets to the source of the damage (creatures).

This combo is a decent combo, but it is too difficult to pull off without upped Aether pillars. This is the best i can do with the cards you listed.
