Also my deck quanta balance isnt perfect atm but for time it gives me "Good # of pillars" and aether too few but still.

Why precogs? Take them out and put in more hourglasses. Like... 5 more.

~.~ I just had HGs in there!!! Lol. The quanta cost is just too high for an unupped deck thats why. I might tinker with the idea of removing 2 precogs for 2 HGs to balance it out

nevermind what the others said before the deck as it is right now can support more HG well enough without disrupting  quanta

Should i go 6 HGs or like 3 and 3 Precogs? Andd one of you should try out the deck

Precogs by themselves are useless in such a large deck. They're really only used for draw power- and in a 60 card deck, you might as well just cut your deck size down to 54. Having 6 Hourglasses is the way to go. You don't have to use all of them, but having 6 just increases your chance of getting one early and getting out your deck faster.
