What would you change?

I'd want you to be very careful about spending upgrades on a mutation deck unless you have a lot of electrum to spare.

wouldn't a couple of fog shields be enough? dime are expensive (6 , 5 if phase), if I put them in the deck I will need mark of  or they will be unplayable for a few turns, and without mark of  I'd delay the fallens...

Thing is, you have a lot of aether quanta left around. I can't say how much, but will give the deck a test  later and see the average or so.

Well you certainly have a point! My concern is that phase shields are less effective vs rush as they cost more than fog shields... but Chapuz may have a point... I could put a few sanctuaries instead of 1 druid and 1 tower, and replace fog shields with phase shields... this would increase my chances to play at least one protective card in early game...

well quantum towers I have 8 already, I have 3 druids, so I will only have to upgrade a couple of druids immediately, and then it should start working... fogs are ok even before upgrade, mitosis are also ok before upgrading... or am I wrong?

Blocking all attacks for 3 turns reduces damage by a LOT more then 40% for those same turns. The damage difference is huge.
