This is the deck I am using to grind FG's, and it does quite well and I like it tons.  However, I am considering changing some things before I fully upgrade everything.  For one, I am highly considering getting rid of Bone Wall and adding Wings once it comes out.  Since I hate using any shards in any deck, I am running a third Bond and the early healing works out well.  I am also debating whether or not to use :darkness quantum at all, since running a Steal is rather redundant at this point.  Only 4 Supernovas as well, since I am running a :time mark I need the extra pillars.

I use mark of :time mainly because running multiple Hourglasses early is vital, and I hate having extra :entropy quantum at the end of the game when :time is so much more important.

The only gods that I have never beaten are Osiris and Dark Matter.  Chaos Lord, Ferox, Elid, Firefly Queen, Gemini, and Destiny are almost always wins.  Decay is the longest game by far, and if you get Permafrost out, he can only damage you via spells.

Any advice?  Yay or nay on any :darkness cards?

Hello.

I don't understand why you don't like Shards. Shards of Gratitude is very useful, because it helps early game. Feral Bonds only are useful when you have creatures, but if you have creatures, it means you are going to win, or at least you have good possibilities. Shards work very well against venom, and with permafrost shield and 4 SoG Osiris is a easy god.

The steal is a personal preference, is a good card but against FG I don't like situational cards that doesn't have a purpose on the spirit of the deck.

If you have a pulverizer, I will put it in. If you know how to combine it with eternity, you'll have plenty of new possibilities and some games will be win in a faster way.

About Wings, until I see the card in real game I really can't say anything about this card.

Also, some decks similars to your uses two rains of fire.

And finally, when you have upgraded all pillars,  then the deck will be a lot more efficient.

Well the thing about shards is that I consider them an unnecessary luxury, and doesn't quite make the game enough of a challenge.  I do have a Pulvy, three in fact, but I don't exactly see it as a needed edition, since mutants can become permanent control.

While I only have four creatures in the deck, I actually end up with a field of powerful mutants via Druid, Boneyard, and Firefly Queen.  Overall, the steal isn't needed so I might replace it with a Deflageration or just remove it completely.

Well, the pulvy is very useful. I suggest you to upgrade the pulvy and try it. It makes Firequeen a lot easier and fast, the same for elidnis. It makes Incarnate and  Morte easy gods. If you can destroy his graveyands before making mutants, he will not be able to make an horde of skeletons and having a huge bonewall.

Also is very useful against Osiris to get rid of nasty turte shield. Against Octane is wonderful, an early protected pulvy=win. Against geminis, it makes the game a lot fast, because if you rely on mutants, you can have a supermutant and he will copy it and you will lose. With pulvy he can't copy.

Also against Scorpio and Neptune is wonderful, to destroy his permafrost and weapons.

You have to be careful with Chaos Lord, if he steals you pulvy, you are gone.

I prefer steal over explosion. Steal means you can steal one graveyand, or feral bond or nice shields depending.
