I wanted to see what happened when you use mutation on an aflatoxin, so I imported the deck code... and I couldn't beat AI1.
I don't love the deck idea to begin with, but here are some suggestions that may help you beat AI3:
Quantum pillars are woefully inefficient here. Drop the steals and the fallen elves and you're down to a duo deck.
Replace rustlers with rays of light.
Since everything you have so far can be defeated with literally any shield, add some bigger creatures or maybe even poison. Poison might be better because you can play it even if your creature slots are taken by aflatoxins.
If you have an arsenic, use it instead of druid staff. You won't need the healing if all goes well.
Get down to 30 cards.
