You have way too many pillars (21)--that naturally leads to a cheap deck, but also one that could be optimized further. You might want to try for more damage since you have excess quanta flow and also more creature control to capitalize on the congeal-shockwave combination. My suggestion:

If I could I would refrain from using toadfishes entirely as
creatures like the blue crawler and ice dragons are decent in terms of attack value/cost. You might want to consider separate cards for creature control and damage dealing, instead of over-reliance on the toadfishes which aren't exceptional at either. Of course, these would come at an additional costs of around 500 electrum, so it would be a further reach for newbies, but it'd help with the grinding of course.
