Ways to improve my vulture deck https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=6084.msg62125#msg62125

Hello all, new to the game and to the forum.  Been lurking a bit and thought i'd ask for some suggestions from the pros here how to improve my deck.  Not sure if this kind of deck has been posted before, but I thought it was a clever combo :).

Code: [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52k 52k 52k 52k 52k 52k 52n 52n 52q 52r 52r 61o 61o 61o 61o 61p 61p 61p 61p 622 622 622 710
Anyways the idea is to have some vultures out and hopefully a bone wall.  Bring out all the sparks in hand, fractal and drop all again except one.  It's been doing pretty well against level 5 ai, haven't tried any false gods yet, hoping to upgrade somemore before I try.

Deck looks pretty good and balanced, but I'm sure you don't need so many vultures. I'd suggest replacing 2 of them with plagues, for some creature control.

I like it, since as long as you can get fractal out with a small hand with a spark in it, you can make your condors grow and do significant damage to your opponent.  Boneyards are ok, but I would rather see more sparks or something maybe?  Since your main form of damage comes from condors...  but the bonewalls are fine, since you have control over how they grow and when.

Looks like you'd be deprived of death quanta. I suggest you take out 2-3 vultures and replace them with bone pillars.

Alternatively just add two Bone Pillars; I usually run with 32 cards myself.  Hows the Aether side however?  Also, try switching out the Arsenic with the Lobotomizer if you can, just to see what happens.  You might get more situational benefit from that bit of creature control.  If you want 30 cards still, I think you might get better speed if you simply dropped the Boneyards.

Well I took out the 2 boneyards and added in 2 plagues, which actually did help quite a lot more than the boneyard did.  So far I find the quanta pretty balanced and i'm sure it'll be improved as I upgrade.  I don't have a Lobotomizer so i'll have to wait to add that, though I'll probably try a couple of rounds in the trainer to see how it goes.  On a side not i've been fooling around with a revamp of the deck but seems to be doing worse.

Code: [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52k 52k 52k 52k 52k 52k 52p 52p 52q 52r 52r 52s 52s 52s 5oh 5oh 5oh 5oh 5oh 710
The vultures in this version grow a lot bigger.  I can't quite put my finger on why it seems to be doing worse though.  I'd like to improve this version, since the damage potential is greater.
