Help me to improve my mono-time scarab-control deck

Two things you should try to do:

Drop the Golden Nymph: while she may provide a high amount of damage, the nymph will also take your precious quanta if you plan on using her Precognition ability repeatedly. Ignore that. Your main focus (if it's a mono-time control) is to lock down the board with your Scarabs, and playing a Golden Nymph (while helpful in terms of speed) will slow you down if you play it over a Pharaoh (or use up the quanta necessary to play that Pharaoh if you draw the Pharaoh the following turn).

Keep it slim; I see that you're trying to put in cards like Momentum, Dune Scorpion, Gravity Pillars, etc. - don't get too crazy now. While it's a good idea to have an alternate plan, Dune Scorpion will be a dead card in your hand -always- if you don't have that momentum (and even if you have 3 in your 40-card deck, that's still a somewhat low chat to get it in your starting hand).

Up your Hourglasses asap (those are the most crucial Time cards you need to up because Hasten is expensive in its current form), and you might be able to fight someone with this:
