Upgrades? Why Bother? (100% unupgraded FG farmer for the newbies)

I take it back.  Deck started working once I got the hang of it and I've gotten my first 2 upgraded cards 

Yeah, each upped card makes it a lot stronger. Ive upped my PUs to TUs and it makes it much easier. Additionally, there is a list on the second page on which false gods this can fight and how hard it is.

he meant that he won 2 upped cards from gods... not that he upgraded two of the cards in this deck
but, yeah, upgrades help, but you should upgrade all the cloaks first, and then you can switch all your pends to pillars (mark will be enough for a cloak every 3 turns when upped)
but I don't suggest upgrading cards in this deck, using the money on better upped rainbows (or whatever works these days) is generally better

I've gotten 3 upped cards now using this deck, but none of them I can use yet.  I'm trying to decide if they are worth selling so I can upgrade something useful to me.  I got an upped deja vu, quicksand, and an arctic octopus.  I'm guessing the deja vu is probably the most expendable. 

This deck can be very frustrating when I lose 9 out of 10 battles.

I don't have enough money to waste on false god grinding yet. (bought this deck cost all my money.  ) But now I am facing half blood by this deck. What I did is put an additional    Black Dragon. It works great.

If opponents don't summon a big guy for you to PU, I summon one for myself to PU.
