I'm sure I'm not first to use that thread title, but what the heck, it describes it pretty well  It's similar to other rainbows but I haven't seen one that it's near identical to.

6x Supernovas, 7x quantum tower: self explanatory
2x Chaos Power: mostly for buffing vanadium warden, making lava golem not so vulnerable, and buffing an enemy creature before using antimatter.

1x Flesh Recluse, web used with vanadium warden


1x Elite Otyugh (omnomnom!)
1x Chimera, always used with liquid shadow as an AWESOME finisher, or when absolutely necessary


Used to power Lava Golem, but also
1x Elite Graboid
1x Vanadium Warden: I really love this guy. Good on his on, AWESOME with chaos power and recluse.


Used to power Firefly Queen, fireflies used as otyugh food or to swarm
1x Improved Heal: Mostly for raising the likelihood of an EM win, but also when absolutely necessary
 

2x Explosion
1x Lava Golem: Build him up and TU! Usually the biggest contribution to the Chimera.


1x Arctic Octopus: Everyone knows how great congeal is, but it's also excellent to have for any of your creatures that may have been antimattered
 

1x Archangel to keep 'em alive.


1x Improved Fog
1x Firefly Queen: Otyugh food, overwhelm with a swarm.
Used for recluse's web.


2x Electrum Hourglass, lets speed this up!
Used to evolve graboid


1x Cloak: Because we all hate CC and PC.
1x Liquid Shadow: Make that chimera a bloodsucker! Use on other strong creatures in desperate times
1x Improved Steal: Gimme!


1x Twin Universe: This is so versatile. Use it on creatures with desirable abilities or TU a super strong lava golem just before using Chimera

I mostly use it against level 5.

I think I should add a sanctuary, but having just one decreases my chances of getting it when I need it. Decks loaded with black holes are devastating against this deck. If AI has them they usually play them early and often, which is when quanta is most important to this deck. Unless I have a few towers on the field I'll just quit at that point.
