Water nymph is needed. Otherwise you won't get out many nymphs. This deck will NOT work unupped. It is simply too slow.

Main strategy is to get a Quinted Water Nymph and start churning out nymphs with it. Congeal any strong creatures until you can get a Quinted Purple Nymph.

At 60 cards, it is a slow to start, so don't waste the Congeals.

Well, you definitely need better shields in there. Perhaps a permafrost, or turtle shield.  The congeals you will be lucky about if you get in time. You are also in dire need of some SoGs to heal you, and Id replace the precogs with Electrum hourglasses. You need to go through your cards as fast as possible. More creature control would be better as well, preferably mass creature control, but it seems like pandemonium would be the only one you would be able to afford.

Edit, scratch that, I missed the 2 burning towers. I would throw in a couple RoFs. you dont need that many sapphire towers either.
