Any completely luck based deck is always going to have a low win %. Not only do you lose the games when the opponent has a counter deck (pillar denial or something), but you also lose the games when your deck goes wrong.
Anyway, I would consider completely reworking the deck. Maybe something destiny-esque?
7x time tower
4x fallen druid
6x fate egg
5x supernova
6x chaos seed
2x discord
10x entropy tower
Mark of Time/maybe Life. Probably Time.
It's 40 cards, which makes it even more luck based (usually you want a 30 card deck)! No healing makes it yet more luck based since you need to get a control mutant (but if you wanted, you could add some sogs or healing and make the deck larger and more luck based).
And of course, you could reduce the luck needed if you thought that being so dependent on the draw wasn't good by adding 6x electrum hourglasses, some sogs, and some more time towers/entropy towers.
