Against L40 decks on the trainer it works quite well. But vs. FG it fails.

You don't have enough defence for it to work against FGs.

would be your friend.
By then, though, you'd just have standard Pdials.

Other than FGs, it looks fine. I'd try to make it a bit smaller if you can, but nothing too much is needed. Perhaps, water mark, death pillars over water pend?

I'd drop the water pends and fuel physalias with nova only, and add 1 or 2 death tower. Against FGs 6 stall turns are simply too few anyway.

I'd use unupped sundials for better mulligan,
also, if you go with only pends, I'd go with -1 or -2 physalia.

But quite often the unupped sun dials are not playable due no Nova available. The upped sundial can be played even with no quanta available.
I removed 2 Physalia, 1 Skull Buckler and 1 Arsenic to bring down the deck to 30 cards.
