You're assuming you know how to play this deck I just posted, when you never have.

First of all, I said that 2 is average. That's 2/3 of the pillars, and 2/3 of the deck meaning turn 13. Is that so hard to believe? Qutie often, though, it's 1. And as I said, 3 is pushing it. Beleive it or not, all the Mummies and RT's don't have to be used to be Pharoahs! (Crazy thought, I know.)

Calling your deck faster whilst being low on quanta and suggesting you don't use your scarab-creating cards for scarab-creating. I would love to play against this deck :P

Seriously though, I cannot think of any decks that would lose to this.

Now gents, no need to get pissy with each other. Let's take a step back and chill a little. :3

The communication breakdown as i see it; DJ, Tiamat is saying that you don't NEED to get every pharoah out. If you can get one out, you're good. If you can get two, awesome. You don't play more than that unless you somehow have the excess quanta. The extra mummies and reverse times are just to increase the odds of drawing one of those cards (Or maybe even to RT a particularly bad enemy creature?) And in DJ's defense, because I like to keep arguments balanced and not just hit one guy, Tiamat, from the few posts of yours I've seen, you do seem to have an angry way of communicating, which might have elevated tension. *shrug*  :P

I like Tiamat's deck. And on topic (i.e. MY deck) I made a few changes based on bronto's suggestions, experienced a little success, but I didn't experiment much as i've started 1. playing with the mono-death mummy rush for AI3 grinding, and 2. had some irl issues that were more important than playing this game. ;P

It's fine with me if people like you keep bashing my deck without trying it. That gives me the advantage of able to use this deck, and you the disadvantage of not using it. *shrug* Just saying...

In my opinion that's not an advantage. I'd rather have less combo-cards and enough quanta to use them that loads of combo-cards and little quanta. I firmly believe that, until improved, you deck is not worth trying.

It's a deck with no upgraded or rares, of course it's not going to be "improved". I have a better deck, posted on the Trio/Quartet thread, and it's a lot better than the one I posted here.

Improving a deck does not mean upgrading it or adding rares. It means making it better; which you could do by balancing the quanta.

If quanta balance is off...

http://elements.alanbeam.net/qi.php?deckCode=&showImage=1 (http://elements.alanbeam.net/qi.php?deckCode=&showImage=1)

^ Le useful tool?
Not for this deck. It doesn't recognise Mummy+Rewind=Pharaoh which needs quanta for its ability.

Ahhh, I gotcha. Still learning that the Quanta Index tool has limitations. ;P One could still do the math themselves..I think the rule of thumb is that for every 5 quanta you'll need, add a pillar? Course that would involve a lot of conjecture about how many turns there would be, how many pharoahs made, how many scarabs spawned, how many times they'll eat..

Something that Djhopper is STILL ignoring. I find it funny how he's criticizing a deck he's never tried before. If he'd ever acctually try it, he'd know the amount of pillars in it works just fine.
