I'm seeking a deck that is fast and gives good chance for EM.
I'm currently farming Level 3 to buy upgrades & with EM one gets 40 electrums, problem is most decks with heal or damage reduction are slow.

You could use the frog & cocratice rush with heals, works really good and tons are in top 50

It sounds as if you're seeking an unupped Speed EM deck.  Unfortunately there are extremely few decks which fit this description.  The Life rushes you see in T50 are all completely upped, and their unupped forms just don't compare.  I do have one suggestion.  A mono-darkness deck similar to this (http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/mono-decks/mono-black-dragon-speed-kill-for-lvl-3-spin/) should offer reasonable success when used correctly.

Whoops, I realized how bad the life rush would be unupped. That darkness deck is pretty good, you should try it out.
