Looks good, but it seems like you generate way too much light quanta. Either change some of the pendulums to time pillars since you utilize those more, or change the mark to time, or maybe even add some light cards you like. Also, since dune scorpion decks focus on stalling more, you might want to add a procrastination shield or two to slow down enemy attackers, and add an eternity if you have one for renewable RT to make them play cards over and over.
