I must say, while the deck would look fine at first glance, it is rather large.

I think the main issue you are having with the deck is unreliable draws. With larger decks comes the possibility even if it is the slightest, that in your case, you may draw 3 Anubis, in a deck where getting 24 will not be easy.

I suggest that you cut it down to 30 cards into something like this:

Purchasing and including cards such as Boneyard, Otyugh, Plate Armor, and Blessing may increase your chances of winning through using all the quanta that Quantum Pillars produce.

A deck like the following uses its quanta a bit better and would provide you a better chance of not only winning, but of winning with an Elemental Mastery:

Maybe try throwing more novas and get rid of some pillars?? That may help you get some cards out into play.

if you put otyugh's in the deck a first plate armor it then quintessence it and play gravity shield.
