The anti AI5 deck archive is missing the forgotten "fractal-charger" deck

Some authorized person should tell me why that deck is not in its right place. I know it can be boring to play in long term, but it is just deadly good against half bloods, imo.

I think it's in the top 50 archive. Although I agree, it should be in the half-blood archive as well.

I added it to the T50 archive, but if you feel it should be in the halfblood achive instead I can move it.

Oops, I did not opened the T50 achive before posting (spamming a bit), sorry. That deck which is in T50 archive is very good against halfbloods too, so it might worth copying to anti halfblood section too, (imo).
