Looks like fun but you're WAY underpillared.  Here's  (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,5676.0.html) SG's post on Quantum Index.  Given the cards you have in there you'd need about 15 aether pillars, and if the idea is to PU your eternities you'd need 12 time pillars.

It's a lot to fit in one deck and unupgraded cards with higher costs makes it even harder.  Presumably you'd reach a point where anything played is rewound the next turn, so maybe the best option is to lose the dim shields.  SoGs would be better.
