Stall for eleven turns, then punch them in the face with 9 Shriekers/7 Dragons.

If your opponent has much atk on field, he'll drain all your entropy quanta and you wont be able to fractal.

Well that is a weakness but considering the entropy deck does have 20 Entropy Pillars, you can usually be blocking around 30-40 damage per turn, so you should have a fair chance against a lot of decks.

You also forgot to note the large weakness to quanta denial or Dim Shields which are probably larger problems.

Anyways I'm just trying to post a unique semi-functional deck idea. I mean where else have you seen decks comprised of two thirds pillars with Fractal running off the mark?

Nowhere.
I think the first deck would be a little better off with 4 Diss Shields. Just to be on the safe side, in case of rushes. Also, both decks have to wait for at least 10 turns before getting the combo off (at least meaning factoring quanta denial). So maybe just to be safe against quanta denial, change 5 or so pillars to pends.
What do you think?
It is the greatest mystery of all...

I have a feeling that you'll be short on quanta. Of all kinds. In both decks.

I think a few pandemoniums would help the first deck out alot.

I like your imagination. The second deck seems to me like it will work better because it isn't vulnerable to PC or quanta draining.

Running fractal purely off your mark when you're not a FG sounds pretty implausible. That's 10 turns of waiting to play down one card. Really skeptical if you can last longer than 10 turns without any control.

Diss Shield can stop 30-40 damage with surplus quanta income. 6 Stone Skins mean 400+ extra health for you.

It works vs AI3.
