first off. Novas > supernovas for this this deck. graveyards usually just clog your field, ditch them for more cats/condors

I would take out two lightning storms and add 1 momentum (to avoid your condors from being stopped by gravity shield) and add a firestorm (only if you keep the super novas)

^ This is also my suggestion. All those SuperNovas for only 4 :air worth of cards probably isn't worth it. Plagues might be the way to go in this one.

Also, have you been having trouble keeping Schrödinger's Cats in play? If so, maybe think about adding more.

If however you want to keep the deck with the SuperNovas and Lightning Storms, you might want to think about adding some cards from the other 9 elements. You could add buffs to keep your creatures alive, Permanent Control, a Feral Bond?...

Either way, it looks fun..

I'd change mark to air, remove all entropy cards and add plagues or viruses to speed up afla.

Solid base for a deck here.  It's a solid concept but I think you are trying to get too fancy with the Thunderstorms and Supernovas.  This deck will be much more solid as a :death :entropy duo.  The main issue from that games I played seemed to be keeping the cats alive, and just lack of speed and consistency.  The speed issue can really be improved by taking about 10 cards out of the deck and increasing the number of cats.  I found 4 too be too inconsistent, even in a 30 card deck.  Taking out the Supernova's and Thunderstorm's brings the size down.  The Graveyards were also taking up too much space for being of minimal usefulness.  All they did was clog the field with skeletons that seemed to get blocked my most upped shields.  Now the issue with the cats survivability.  Even with 3hp upped that's not really much help, so I thought using Chaos Power would be a simple and cheap way to buff their health so you don't get them all cleared out by a single Rain of Fire or Pandemonium.  Balance the quanta  bit and I came up with this:

Give it a try and see how it is.  I've managed a decent win rate against half bloods with it, but that was only in a handful of games so it'll need more testing.

For now you have a lot of unused elements when using supernovas, so it might be better to just leave it as a trio and forgot novas/supernovas in general. So, lets keep our mark as entropy and add a card like maxwells demon to force a combo between afla and paradox for a faster field control. If we really want to make use of the lightning storm + alfa combo we should add some bonewalls for a huge wall right before we use lightning storm which can easily get up to 50+ walls and get some major condors the size of mount rushmore. So, next we need to add some dragonflies/air pends, I suggest air pends because they will give us entropy as well so we aren't lacking in any way shape or form. We could also add some antimatter for early game stall while we set up our afla + skull shield combo. Along with what omega said, ditch the graveyards because they don't really contribute enough to make a difference. Also, 6 afla is commonly too many 5 should be enough to dominate the playing field.

Our final copy should look something like this (or a close variant):
