There are many ways to build an entropy stall - it all depends on what you want to do. Do you want to simply deck your opponents out? Or do you want to have a chance of killing them too?
A mono entropy stall for pure deckout. Chaos seeds and Pandas are exchangeable for Antimatters - but keep in mind the cost of antimatter is 8
, which is a lot: 24 damage blocked. You can even increase the size as there are many decks in PvP1 that have more than 40 cards. However, this will give you more bad draws.

If you want to have another win condition, you might want to include a bit of damage. Dragons, a few discords if you want to keep it mono. This will put pressure on your opponent, which is a good thing. However, this will decrease your stall effectiveness, as dragons cost a lot of quanta. An example (though you would have to be careful with your quanta spending against a good opponent, and it doesn't have as much creature control):
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vl 4vl 4vl 4vn 4vn 4vn 4vn 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u
Another interesting option is to splash in another element with your mark. You can either include more creature control (Lightnings, for example) or some damage to your opponent. Examples:
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vi 4vi 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 61q 61q 61q 61q 61q 61q
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 52o 52o 52o 52o 52o 52o 52q 52q
Bolt-type spells are also effective with Dissipation shield, although you will have less quanta to defend with. It is an interesting deck, nonetheless. I'd build something like this (don't be afraid to use the bolts as creature control if the situation requires it):
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vp 4vp 4vp 4vp 50u 50u 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f7 5f7 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi
Huh.. I might have got a bit carried away, but I hope it helps at least a bit.
