It's very random. Everything should be self explanatory, as there isn't really any strategy at all. Unupgraded pandemoniums are just for if you're bored of your creatures..and. It's cheaper, so you can use it earlier. It could probably use some permanent control...maybe a steal. But it's kind of heavy on entropy quanta. Skeleton mutants are fun. Save antimatters for dragons, unless you feel like being random and using them on sparks. Which isn't usually possible.
It beats..um...AI3. Half the time. Yeah. Randomness ftw.
