It seems to be lacking muscle power.
Try 2 gargoyles for dark, 2 mummies for death, 2 cockatri for life and add a pillar. Gives you a bit more strength and resistance to CC (especially firestorm, which annihalates most of your creatures)
You could probably replace the precognition, as I don't think 1 will be very useful in most games.

Upgrades would be alot helpful with some of these cards, but I'm going on the assumption that you currently can't afford them, so that is something to work to in the future.

Shards are useless in any rush; they'll just slow you down, like you stated. I'd recommend you put switch the two shards for Wings and the mummy for a discord. I'd also recommend you model after the Winged Speed Bow:

It's not really worth the deck space if you're just farming AI3 with it. You'll want to maximize your speed instead. If you still want EMs, drop the SoGs, the Cockatrices, and a Gargoyle in favour of 3 Improved Heals, a Precognition, and a Vampire Dagger.

The quanta usage still needs a bit more fine-tuning -- using 4-7 quanta of each type (other than in Entropy) is about right.

This is what I look for in a speedbow (this is the one I am currently using). Most cards can be played off 1 or 2 supernovas, no play or ability cost clash and 2 copies of each to increase chance of drawing. Also a mix of power/cost, so even without supernovas you have a chance to play a weaker creature while you wait.

Good chance to beat any top 50 deck, although you should watch out for armoured otyugh feeding frenzies, but switching out the pegasi for morningstar/glory will counter this.
Whatever works for you is good though.

personally, i like adding bit of control in to speedbows. 1 steal and/or deflag to destroy shields maybe?

my bad i didn't see it  aside from that, looks good, you know besides the unupped cards  but that  can be fixed with time
