With that much CC and some PC, plus the Wings, you could win by deckout or wait to play 5 Unstable Gases (or theoretically 4 UG, 4 Lghtning...) in one turn for OTK. Do you need the Azure Dragons? Also, if you're going to run Aether and Wings, you could include Phase Spiders. Of course, the downside is that the point of the deck is to kill the opponent's creatures with hard CC, so Spiders may not be useful...
If you want a more damage-oriented deck as opposed to a deckout/stall for OTK, you could trim the deck down to fewer cards. You currently have 14 CC cards (Shockwaves, Lightnings, OEs, not counting UGs because almost nobody uses them for CC) in 52 cards (27% of the deck). Also, you have 4 Deflag in 52 cards, which is 7.7% of the deck.
If you cut out the Aether bit and trimmed down to 30 cards, you could have 8 CC (Shockwaves and OE) in 30 cards, which is also 27% of the deck. However, you could keep your Deflags for 4 PC cards out of 30, or 13%. By trimming it down, you retain almost all your potential CC powers (less than 1% difference), increase the likelihood of getting PC, and increase your deck's consistency by having a smaller deck and fewer elements.
Name: Distant Star? Cosmos? Flash? Firestarter? (just brainstorming)
Name for second deck: Fortitude? Radiance? Sanctify? Awakening?
