Looks like more than 40 cards to me

Looks pretty good, but there are ways to slim it down.
-1 Boneyard (1 is enough)
-2 Forest Spirit (Mutation damage is all you need)
-1 Empathic Bond (Too much usage)
-1 Lava Golem
-1 Miracle (Expensive, only helps you late game)
-1 Steal
-1 Parallel Universe (Only for damage)

And now, to bump it back up to 40 cards:
+1 Otyugh (Very helpful, you need to draw one early)
+2 Golden Hourglass (Card draw is also critical)

Try upping more cards. Also, maybe add a few SoGs, i dont think it would hurt.
