Need help vs. GoTP and FireStall

This is my modified rainbow. It can do well against a chunk of FG's and is great on bronze/silver. It does well against Gold but it runs into problems when facing GoTP/Nightmare and FireStalls. I haven't been playing long enough to figure out how i can modify this to give me a slight boost against those match-ups. I don't want to overhaul it just to face those decks but a slight modification or some feedback would be greatly appreciated.

For GotP the best solution is to kill ghost with oty or maxwell demon while hiding behind a bonewall to avoid damage. discord BH is a good solution to prevent any ghost to come, the AI may even nightmare your own creature (it already happened to me on a flash recluse and on lycan lol). Then you really need a bonewall, specially since you don't have any death cards in your deck(miracle, ice shield and FW are rather useless for me)

Also try to play 30 cards.

Vs firestall you can try to use archangel but IMO crusader is better. You also need a bonewall to prevent fahrenheit from dealing damage. Pulvy is VERY good in that match to destroy all the healing card and those boring fire shield. Then you need to troll the AI, making him using bolt and PC on useless cards. discord + BH can help a lot.

Maybe replacing TU with Fractal and a BH with FFQ?
The biggest problem with Firestall is all the Explosions killing my weapons/land. Though I can't find space for PA as it slows my deck down against everyone else. Otherwise pulvy would work great against firestall

Sanctuary and scrambler are reasonable counters to GoTP decks. As for firestall, immateriality and poison could work. Trying to fit those into a standard arena killing rainbow is a bit hard though.

for me bonewall doesn't really fit your deck as you have no CC. flesh recluse looks way better. you can also play only 2 BH and take out the graboid and add a fire queen or fog shield/ wings.

Sanctuary is pretty good against GotP/nightmare as well as firestall.  The healing and protection it gives helps against a variety of decks.  I've also found upgraded Steam Machine to be excellent against Firestall; because of the 15hp, it is very hard to kill by damage, and I routinely play it against fire shield and win before the machine dies.

yes this card (steam machine) is very awesome vs firestall, also sometimes fire spirit can be very good vs fire stall because if the AI doesn't kill them quickly (they have low target priority when 2/3) they become very hard to kill and laso gain the highest target priority so they can eat all the fire ball ^^

I would recommend dropping the Twin Universe and the Permafrost Shield for two Phase Shields. Your Steals can be used at anytime to capture your opponents shield and dropping a Phase Shield when needed.

Otherwise looks like fun, I think I'm going to try this.

You'd have read this topic you'd have seen that he changed his deck and took out permafrost.
Also TU is too awesome to be removed IMO and in arena there is too much PC I think that 2 phase shield won't help..

Yeah, I can't take out TU. So many times I've won because my opponent stole my wings and I TU'd my forest specter ftw. And Angel is nice against Firestall especially against the fire bucklers and RoF if they are using them.

It has beaten a few firestalls in it's current form but not all. So I'm glad I posted for help. Ghostmare is an evil, evil deck. I'm a pretty relaxed guy but when I see one, I wish we could punch people through the internet lol.

Other question:

If I add cards to make it 35 cards would i need 1 extra Tower? Cause running 1 Hourglass is kinda rough...

you can also play a lot of time towers LOL!
that way, if he nightmares GotP you can just play them and beat him to death with his own creature!
