Scarab Deck Needs More Power

Currently It seems that my deck is slow. It focuses on fractal scarab. The Graviton Mercenary, Chimera, Precognition, and Devonian Dragon are all used to take up space. I don't know what to do with those slots. The Reverse Times are to either remove buffed enemy creatures or to extend my decks turn count.

I fell like I'm missing something with this deck. I don't know what it is :/

Should I add parallel universes to take opponents strong creatures? I currently end up with a slight under supply of time quanta, so I don't want to add more time cards. Thanks in advance.

graviton merc chimera and the dragon should all be switched for more time pillars by the looks of it.
