i usually respond to that query with the figure of 12 cards--2 sogs, 4 aether towers and all 6 RoLs. but looking at the deck ratios you have currently your hand will be clogged with fractals, lobotomizers and hopes before you cast your first fractal. i recommend the following modifications if you want to stick to 30 cards:
-1 hope, -1 fractal, -1 lobotomizer, +2 light dragon, +1 luciferin
i suggest you look at the possibility of taking 31 or 32 cards though; with RoL-Hope the extra turns of damage at the end can sometimes be the difference between a win and a loss.
