Both are the same the second one are for the scariest one that fear of a shield ;)

Kill with the fishes , control with congeals, and lances
also i hav won games lancing the opponent but u will need a lot of quanta since a 100 quanta ice lance do 20 damage only

Seems like a nice deck.

I might try duoing to life to give the puffer fishes adrenaline.

Is ok the adre combo, just rember that an adrelanised puffer put only 2 poison, but deals 2 damage, is a great variation.

another great thing is adding 4 forest spirit :P

I dont think lances are needed. I would take out the lances, and add 3 congeal +1 permafrost shield and a water tower maybe?

i like the lances are really usefull, if u got the permafrost stolen the fishes wont hit anymore
u dont need that much congeal since there are 2 octi there

Zanz made an executive (and correct) decision that 4 poison with venom creatures was too OP. Now flying arsenics and puffer fishes only do 2 poison when adrenalined.
