Not sure if this has every been done before. Its a fun deck but its way too slow to be able to have a very high win rate. Any suggestions??

cats can be powered off a mark. So can RT. Don't use QPs. I would use a mark of :entropy, get rid of the discord and amethyst pillars. Add in arsenic, and perhaps more time factories. To power the abilities of creatures you get, you can use novas.

Arsenic would be optimal, but let's consider that he may not have the rares that we envision.  I'd personally recommend an Eternity to make full use of the excess Skellies.  I'd drop a Boneyard or two and all the Soul Catchers as well all Amethyst Pillars and the Discord.  That way you can add more Quantum Pillars and even more Time Factories.  But assuming Discord is your only Rare, I'd drop the Amethyst Pillars, 1~2 Boneyards, and 2~3 Soul Catchers for 3 Novas and as many Quantum Pillars as you can.

That'd make :death far too tight.  Skull Shield or a simple Shield could go over well.

So after some tweaking and taking what would work and trying many different combinations this is the best win rate over all for this deck. I tried playing with out the soul catchers and it just didn't generate enough quanta to fuel the 3 graveyards. I only have one eternity but it would probably work better with 2 of them in the deck. Thanks for all the feedback and I hope you all will use this deck if you ever get bored :D

why not skip the whole kitty+graveyard combo and put skeletons in the deck? seems a lot easier than waiting for a possibly vulnerable and rather slow 2-card combo.besides, you are already limited to the number of random creatures by the number of RT's you have, so 6 skellies+6 RTs should do the trick

Graveyards are not needed as the skellies are going to be mutated anyways. Replace them with boneyards.
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.

you are not going to mutate skellies, they turn into a random NORMAL creature, and if you use a graveyard, they turn into a random UPGRADED NORMAL creature, it can pay off in the end

i agree. think it's almost the same. unupped gives more speed in the beginning but upped gives stronger creatures which might make up for the slower speed in early game.
