Which opponent the deck is intended to beat?
What problems are you having?
What are the blank cards?

Without knowing any of that it's hard to help.  But in general it looks like you should:
1) Reduce the number of cards to 30.
2) Balance the quanta used in each element.  For instance you're using 77 quanta and 0 quanta.  If I were a betting man I'd guess you are way short on quanta and over in quanta.
3) Honestly this seems like a jumble of cards you like that don't really have any synergy with one another.  Given everything you're trying to jam into the deck, it might be better to axe most of the cards and build a duo.
