There are too many creatures and not enough quanta.  Try taking out a copy of creatures where you have two of them ( golems, wryms, steam machines ..) and your quanta balance will be better.

I think a pulvy would be better since you're not using much gravity and wyrms tend to eat up quite a bit of air for the owl eye to be effective.
