***TRIALS RESPONSE***Assuming you want to keep the theme of having access to tons of defensive cards, I see one thing we need to change immediately. While you do have a lot of defence, a plain rush with PC is huge trouble because you rely on expensive cards. Even the CC you have is expensive, and there's not much of it. With a big deck like this, we need much more drawing power, so bear with me while we overhaul it. The main thing to think about here is that CC is often a lot more effective as defence than just letting their damage build up and trying to outlast it.
Since you're basically a rainbow here, and not making use of a lot of elements, we can pick and choose any CC. The first that comes to mind for its card advantage is Antimatter. In a big deck like this with drawing, card advantage is exactly what you want.
(For the record, card advantage is when you have access to more effective cards than your opponent. Drawing power gives you card advantage directly, whereas cards that save you card space like Antimatter and Phase Dragons give you indirect card advantage. AM works by nullifying not only one creature's damage output from your opponent, but usually several.)
Now then, we arrive at a prototype that looks more like a classic stallbow.

The important thing to think about here is that it's completely customisable. Since you want as much stalling power as possible, you may consider adding things like Arctic Squid or resort to the classic Bone Wall+Otyugh since Rain of Fire is readily available. I also gave you a Dune Scorp+Momentum instead of the Photon, because you have the

to bounce it with Eternity if you want to.
Keep in mind you don't actually need to use all the Hourglasses. There are simply six of them to increase your chance of drawing them faster.
Either way, your stallbow can work in many, many ways. The main point to remember here is that CC is the best defence in PvP. Good luck, and I'll check back with you later :>
