I have been using this to farm Lvl 5 False Gods and it works 80% - 90% of the time.  However, I know I it will fail against the God's themselves. 

Currently, my plan was to continue farming and upgrade my last two hourglasses.  After that, I did not have a plan.

Please suggest alternate cards or upgrades to strengthen the deck.

I don't have massive time or concentration with me, but offhand I'd say it needs more cowbell Aether, and has way too much Life quanta draw.

-1 Empathic Bond
-1 Emerald Dragon
-1 Leaf Dragon

+2 Quintessence
+2 Phase Shield
+2 Hourglass
+1 Ice Shield
+1 Pulverizer


I'd start with that and see how you're doing.

Thank you for the suggestions, they sped things up.  However, I still am without Pulverizer.  Should I keep the Deflags until I farm a Pulverizer?

you can replace the pulverizer with butterfly effect (use it on the 2nd oty) and add another Quintessence
