Inspired by Underworld's rainbow bolt deck in War.

I think its doing ok-ish but it struggles a lot in the early game when QTs don't give you what you need. I would add Novas but I fear that would make it kind of starved late game.

Deckout or Fractal Emerald Dragons. The SoGs can take from any element, often they don't take any from Life and I end up with a huge excess.

Why not more sanctuaries? Why not add arsenic/vampire dagger? Pulvy really isn't that useful. I say it's better to either focus on stall+deckout or fractalling dragons. You don't need to combine these two strategies together.

The insane number of bolts is to ensure that you always have enough control to kill off all your opponent's creatures.

As a player who prefer using a few but strong creatures to win, I would rather rage quit instead of sitting here and waiting for deck-out.

Sometimes I use a deck like this in PvP1. I will post just the cards in common:

And yeah, when I win, usually I don't win against a player but against the AI, because they quit early   :-\

Most heavy control deckout decks will cause the opponent to ragequit, so you'll have to face the AI. I'm wondering why you only have one sanctuary though. Sanctuary is a pretty nifty card that heals 4hp per turn as well as blocking out plenty of annoying strategies.

If you mean my deck. 4 :light from QP is a little costly early game and with the exception of black holes, the cards that Sanctuary blocks are not harmful mid-late game.
But the main reason is that the deck has too little offense, adding more Sanctuaries requires removing damaging/strategic cards. Mine is 40 cards too and it is already hard to find what you need, making it over 40 would make it too unreliable.
I have 2 versions and none wins by deckout. One has neurotoxin and the other quinted growing critters.

No renewable CC because they are more expensive to set up and maintain and also are vulnerable to being blown up.

I'm thinking about adding a Sanctuary and swapping the Pulvy out for a Stilleto. I often find myself lacking healing early game.

Excess bolts can also be spammed on your opponent before you Fractal.
