So with butterfly effect coming out, I was thinking of a nice concept.
With recent discovery (that might not be new to the rest of you), i found out that Devourer's retain their passive ability no matter what.
So obviously, when combined with Butterfly Effect, they could become an even greater meance, and by doing this, making entropy+darkness duo decks, something more then just Lycan spam.
The thing is, I really don't know how I should plan this deck out.

EDIT:
Okay, so I started a rouge build and it seems to be working out okay, out of 20 games against ai3, it got 18 wins, and out of the 10 games against ai5 it actually got 9.
So for now it seems to be a pretty nice build, but of course I'm still not completly sure about it.

If there's one thing I like about this deck, is how it has perma control+quantum denial and even some creature control.

Wow, so lobo's won't affect devo's that's wrong... and it's most likely a bug  :'(

No, lobotomizer affects devourers, it's just that they have two abilities, so one will always stay.

You, my friend, are mistaken. Lobotomize removes all abilities from a creature. This includes both of Pest's abilities. Test it for yourself if you really feel the need, but you can take it to the bank.
