Pharaoh's Empire seems very... interesting.
I think you should try to exploit a strategy that isn't used by many people nowadays:

This deck is similar to SnoWeb's when it comes down to the spread of quanta, but it's much smaller and also takes advantage of the Scarab's other passive: airborne. Pharaoh rainbow decks are already hard to construct, but in case you do want to swarm the field with creatures, cards that take advantage of multiple creatures (Chimera, Empathic Bond, Sky Blitz, and Cloak) are all here for the taking. Cloak provides emergency protection if you suspect that the enemy will target multiple creatures individually or go for your permanents; wasting a single PC card on Cloak can be the single difference between your shield or bond saving you or you being dead the following turn. Empathic Bond obviously grows stronger the more Scarabs you have on the field. But the real trick is the Sky Blitz and Chimera combo.
If you pull it off and swarm the field with multiple Scarabs, using Sky Blitz OR Chimera will usually be enough to finish off the opponent - but you have to calculate the ATK properly of all your scarabs, or else you'll ruin the finish blow. In the scenario that you're fighting really tough shields like Hope, Diamond Shield, or the dreaded Gravity Shield (the bane of all Scarab decks), the main trick is to play the waiting game until Chimera comes into your hand, and then use both of the spells (Sky Blitz first, then Chimera) to reap as much ATK as possible in a single unmitigatable hit. Quintessence can also serve here in two ways; protecting your Anubis early, or using it on the Behemoth of the Chimera you'll produce (forcing the enemy to kill it via creature attacks only, which can be a huge burden if they're not prepared).
The other random cards (Steal, Phoenix, and technically Flying Weapon) can be interchanged for other cards, but they can provide a last-second turn up. Phoenix has high damage to go well with Sky Blitz, Steal can take nasty permanents, and Flying Weapon can turn your swarm into a rewind lockout if you have both Eternities in hand. Either way, I hope this helps.
