I am working on a PvP OTK deck. I don't know whether to use rewinds or not.

Both need tweaking, which I'm sure you can help me with, but first I would like to decide between the core builds.

in a deck like this, you really want to pretty much ignore everything apart from the combo, i dont really see what purpose the rewinds have, so I wouldnt bother with them.

The 1st deck, therefore, is the one I would go for. i would suggest, however, that you go for entropy mark and time towers, rather than ent pend / time mark. the purpose of PSN is to be able to use very fast supernovas, which is not necessary for this deck, all it means is you will get half the time quanta, and a load of useless entropy :P

I would also suggest you upp those two other hourglasses ASAP because you will be strained to use them if not upped.

Other than that, looks fine :) nice idea

Rewinds are one of the most powerful cards against the current meta-game. They blunt the forces of rushes, slowing them down. Also, many decks won't be able to replay the creatures instantly.

I guess I didn't think about that because I just used my lovely upped entropy pendulums. I don't have upped time pillars, but you're right, they will be better.
