It is meant to be used to bypass those annoying shields in PvP1.

I'd invert the Pend/Mark setup and then convert six of your Life Pends to Emerald Pillars; the deck itself actually requires very little to function so you won't need too much of it generated over the course of the duel.  Otherwise, I can't find anything that needs improvement.

It seems only two Arsenics are needed, but in unsure of what to. Replace it with. Awkward Heal anyone?

Still Mindanao weak against fire shield, but definitely strong against water that doesn't have purify.
