I almost agree with Ohmega.
Here's what I'd do:
1) Swap 2 Emerald Pillars for 2 Air Pillars.
2) Metamorphose to Mark of :Life
3) Swap Novas for Quantum Pillars
4) Swap Discord for a fourth Firefly Queen. It's effect just doesn't do crap in this deck, and it's not worth diluting your deck over.
5) Ditch the Fallen Elf. It's effect isn't stable enough, and the two Druids should do the trick.
6) Swap both Mutations for one more Amethyst Pillar and one more Air Pillar. Let the Druids do the heavy lifting.
7) Ditch both Heals for one more Empathic Bond and one more Rustler.
8) Ditch both Chaos Seeds for 2 more Antimatter.
So, all told, I'd run with:
Mark of :Life
6x Air Pillar
5x Quantum Pillar
4x Amethyst Pillar
1x Emerald Pillar
(Yeah, it's a lot of pillars, but you need consistent early-game quanta to pull this off.)
3x Antimatter
2x Fallen Druid
3x Rustler
2x Empathic Bond
1x Adrenaline
4x Firefly Queen
Here's why:
You need lots of FFQs and Air quanta because, like (I think) you said, if you don't get the FFQs out, the deck simply cannot go off.
You need lots of Entropy quanta available early to get the important Druids out, and to build up for the Antimatters later on.
You need lots of Rustlers in order to convert lots of Light quanta and get the Queening and Improving going solidly. Only ever play one Rustler at a time, in case the one that's out gets killed.
Between Antimatter on the opponent's biggest attackers and Empathic Bond with all of your fireflys, getting masteries against Elders shouldn't be too difficult. Just learn to hold off as long as you can before you Antimatter, so you know you're getting your opponent's big guns with it.
The Adrenaline should almost always go on a random Firefly to mass-produce Light quanta, unless you crop up with a mutant that has Vampire or Poison (can you even get either of those?)
Good luck!
