it's ok.

my advice would be to reduce the deck to 30 cards. then get rid of the procrastinations, what you have is a creature control deck and the scarabs cover that part just fine (you could keep one but 3 is far too many). i'd change the mark to aether, replace the aether pendulums with gravity and time ones (say, 40% gravity and 60% time) and then you should be set.

a most innovative idea that could end up a great success. a couple of reverse times/precognitions or sundials would work wonders and don't forget that you can slowly replace fractals with Pharaohs (or gather them up and then release them into your deck). keep going, don't give up, and good luck :)
