Good in pvp is a problem, because a Pharaoh deck is indirect (Pharaoh > Scarabs > Devour), slow (
quanta intensive) and control-oriented (well at least it is intended to work that way). In pvp you kinda meet a lot of rush decks that aim to polish you off in maybe 4 to 8 turns.
Dragoon's deck looks decent, however I would splash at least one quantum tower (replace
tower) to pay for the SoGs and provide some sort of quantum defence. Switching two seems good to me, because you can generate a little more
and you might be able to pay for 1 protect artifact, which would come in useful in many cases. What you can do is start off from there and calibrate it accordingly if you're gonna be playing around with this deck concept extensively
