Maybe try replacing 4 of each tower with pendulums?  Either way though, I think this is a case of trying to do too many different things at once for it to be really effective at any of them.

The plan is to lobo those pests one by one to get devouring fireflies, then proceed to kill by
fractaling that single vamp while being compfy behind a Hope-shield?

Maybe an Animate-Weapon or two as well as an extra Elec could help ... your bottleneck is that
only-one-lobo-per-turn after all.

How about fractal voodoo instead of pest? Tried it once when voodoo came out but didn't really get a good result myself.

It's going to be slow to build this up no matter how you design, but maybe add Flying weapon + PU  or flying weapon x2 so you can lobo multiple pests per turn (2 flying, 1 weapon slot).
