If you want to do a deckout deck you should have at least 31 cards to be safer. Death quanta seems strained. Plague will be more useful than virus.

Generally, you go down the aflatoxin skull shield route or the schrodinger/spark/bonewall/fractal route for death deckouts.

This does neither.

true this isn't the strongest deckout deck but if you want to continue down this path boost the decksize to forty minimum then get  5th kitty, 5 bone walls, a fourth maxwell, swap viruses for plagues while dropping the number down to 4 then fill up with quanta as needed maybe squeeze in a fourth vulture as well.
