Just a basic idea i've recently came up with.

Basic strategy is just overdrive your Light dragons.

Spoiler for Strategy:
Play light dragons with overdrive and watch the damage increase, Improved Miracles in case of any deadly moves you opponent make. What it lacks in CC it makes up for in a quick kill, seeing as it acts sort of as a rush.

Looks like a solid deck concept, I'm not 100% sold on it in a fully upped environment, but it would be very strong in a partially upgraded format.  It's probably too slow to beat other fully upped decks, but with 6-18 upgrades, your overdrives should put you ahead of the curve.

How about Archangels instead of Dragons? Less init HP, but healing :) They'll also come out faster, which with Overdrive will get them doing similar damage anyway. Ie:
- Angel on turn two, overdrive on turn 3:           7 + 10  damage, increasing by 3...
- Dragon on turn 3 + overdrive                                 15  damage, increasing by 3...

*Edit* it also let's you squeeze out a few pillars, possibly for momentum.

Overdrive replaces the current active skill so the angels can't heal. However if you have an angel on the field without an overdrive.. :P
